How to Make a Claim under the Freight Services Liability (FSL) Program?


When you are aware of a potential claim, suspect you have an Error or Omission situation in your freight operations, or being notified that you are or could be held liable for loss of or damage to cargo, please contact your FSL cover's assigned claims handler at info@italuk.com immediately with you’re a copy of your WCA FSL cover/policy, case details and any supporting documents; or no later than 30 days upon receipt or become aware of potential risk.



Within 24 to 48 working hours, you will receive an acknowledgement from ITAL with instructions as to how to proceed with your claims.
