How to Make a Cargo Claim

If you suspect that your cargo has suffered damage during transit, has not been delivered or was lost during transit, the loss may be covered under the insurance cover provided through the WCAworld program.

Full details of the terms of the insurance cover can be found on the Insurance Certificate. It is important that you provide us with immediate notification of any possible claim so that investigations can be carried out without delay.

Click on the Make a Claim link to take you to the claim notification form. Please enter all details and submit the form as soon as possible. Your notification will be directed to one of the three regional claim service centres managed by WK Webster, located in Singapore, New York and London.

Within the same working day you will receive an acknowledgement from WK Webster with instructions as to how to proceed with your claims.

For larger claims, it is likely that a local survey company will be instructed to contact you in order to arrange a convenient time to carry out a survey of the damaged cargo or investigate the circumstances of the missing goods.

For smaller claims, you will be invited to submit certain relevant documents in support of your loss. WK Webster will provide details of these requirements when they acknowledge receipt of your claim.
